They can be defeated in Malaysia, if every voter goes to vote

Some of you are of the opinion that your vote in the next GE is not important. In fact, the BN is banking on your exact opinion to win the next GE. The boundaries of many opposition parliamentary and state electoral borders have been redrawn to give them an edge. How?
The redrawn borders shows, in most cases, an increase in voters for the areas. Logically, it means more voters but the reverse is true.
Many of them are registered voters but were non-voters during the previous Election or elections. How does BN manipulate this as an advantage?
First, they do know who voted for whom. Your IC number is recorded on the stub. Second, there is a serial number on each ballot paper and stub. Last, you marked your ballot paper and these are stored away after the election.
There are four years for them to record the voting habits of the voters in opposition areas. They have your IC number and your current address plus your voting address, which is usually the same as your IC.
With this information, they can redraw the boundaries and put non-voters plus their loyal voters inside the boundaries of the newly created boundaries. They don't need to increase the parliamentary or state seats.
If the non-voters do not vote as in previous elections, there is a reduced number of votes going either way within the new boundaries. There is an increase of BN votes going to the BN candidate as the BN voters will vote as usual.
If the borders are drawn out well, the previous opposition voters will now be lumped together in a usually opposition area. Makes no difference to the outcome even with a larger number.
However, the newly increased BN voters in designated areas will vote BN while the opposition votes will go down because the non voters will not count in the final tally. So, you as a registered voter loose, as more areas become BN represented, even if 60% of all the voters, vote opposition in the whole state.
This is where gerrymandering, is a really unfair representation of voters. However, they can be defeated in Malaysia, if every voter goes to vote. This is where your vote count and each vote counts. Most of these devious tactics are based on historical review of voting habits of residents.
By not voting or spoiling your vote, you have actually voted for the ruling party.
Remember! Exercise your vote well, for the national fitness of your beloved Malaysia.
