heap of skulls and bearing the legend “Run Over Them Without Mercy.”
And the Islamic State issued this call in September 2014.

Police have sealed-off a residential street this afternoon in response to an unconfirmed incident. Some reports have suggested a man was seen running down the street with two machetes. The incident is believed to be on-going in Buffery Road, Dudley, this afternoon. West Midlands Police has confirmed to BirminghamLive an operation underway. A statement is expected shortly. This is a breaking news story. We will be updating it….
Pictures show cars on Buffery Road after crash
Crash investigators have begun thier [sic] investigations into today’s collision in Buffery Road. One man was taken to hospital after suffering leg injuries in the incident at 3.24pm this afternoon. Officers were called after a vehicle crashed into parked car. Further reports suggested the driver of one of the vehicles was carrying a machete….
“One of them was waving a machete around” – witness
A family member of the man injured in today’s incident has spoken to BirminghamLive. The man’s daughter-in-law described the moment a vehicle ploughed into park cars. The witness went on to say more than one man was travelling in the car – with one “waving a machete around.” The witness, who did not want to be named, said:
“It was my father-in-law and my partner who got hit by the car.
“My father-in-law is in a very bad way in hospital.
“He was crushed by the car which came hurtling down the street.
“The car hit my dog first, then my partner.
“It almost hit my sister too.
“I heard a bang and we all came out of the house.
“That’s when I saw the men in the car and one of them was waving a machete around.”
“It’s just a waiting game now. My father-in-law has been sedated and has been badly hurt.”…
The incident remains on-going this evening.
The incident is not being treated as terrorism at this stage, West Midlands Police has confirmed….
