They do not tolerate the use of race and religion as political tools, cronyism, fat cat contracts to political buddies, corruption, excesses and embezzlement of the nation's wealth. It's not a perfect system and mistakes have been made ... but Singapore is now the envy of many countries. Being a Muslim party, UMNO should have excelled in such core values.
