Indian Foreign Minister Jaishanker said he "Had an open and candid conversation" with Malaysian FM Saifuddin at Baku on the sidelines of the NAM meet.
Mahathir arrives tonight in Baku. Modi is not attending NAM 2nd time in a row. Venkaiah Naidu Deputy President of India leads the Indian delegation. Modi is off to meet Saudi and meeting Crown Prince Salman etc.
