Residents in the Dinsor district of Bay region reported heavily armed al-Shabaab militants forcing their way into the hospital and taking away medial equipment, computers and drugs. Witnesses in Mararey town of Middle Jubba region also reported that armed militias arrived at the hospital on Thursday morning and ordered local staff to hand over keys to the building and the stockpiles of drugs.Hat tip: RoP

Islamists Loot Doctors Without Borders Hospitals
Al-Shabaab militants looted Doctors Without Borders (MSF) hospitals in Dinsor and Mararey after the relief agency announced that it is pulling out of Somalia, Garowe Online reported Thursday (August 15th).
