Another Muslim refugee GUILTY of RAPING little girl in Australia - When will the friggin Aussies wake up?
This comes as Australia's Prime Minister announced that Mohammad Al Bayati would be deported upon his release from prison for the sexual attack on a three-year-old.
A refugee from the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan who allegedly raped a 10-year-old girl has had his more serious charges dropped, in exchange for a guilty plea.Hamzeh Bahrami, 32, faced the Adelaide Magistrates Court on Wednesday and pleaded guilty to an aggravated count of indecent assault.
In exchange for the guilty plea, prosecutors dropped two counts of engaging in sexual intercourse with a person without consent, which carries a much higher maximum penalty of life imprisonment.
Police have previously said the victim, a 10-year-old girl, had been playing on a playground at a Blair Athol reserve at about 6:00 pm on April 3, when Bahrami approached her.
They said he lured her into a toilet block and raped her multiple times.
A suppression order on his identity has just been lifted.
