She said not a word about the genocidal incitement and Jew-hatred
that appears frequently on “Palestinian” television and is often by
“Palestinian” Muslim clerics (and other Muslim clerics as well). Islamic
jihadis and apologists for jihad terror always blame their victims for their own violence and cruelty. They never take responsibility for their own actions.
That is bad enough, but even worse is the fact that Western
non-Muslims constantly fall for this grievance propaganda, and assume
that if they change their behavior in some way, the jihadis will be
mollified and peace will ensue. In this case, Tlaib is likely banking on
just that: that her Leftist allies will step up their agitation against
the alleged Israeli “occupation” in response to the murder of Rina. She
knows they will never say the slightest peep against jihad terrorism,
which they assume is entirely the fault of two non-Muslim entities,
Israel and the U.S.
This is absolutely tragic & horrible. My
heart goes out to Rina's family. More than ever we need to support
nonviolent approaches to ending the Israeli occupation and guaranteeing
equal rights for all. Extremism that puts innocent lives at risk moves
us no closer to peace. https://t.co/lQ4qrYf6ig
