Malaysiakini : Chief Justice Tengku Maimun Tuan Mat and the nation's other top four judges denied Najib Abdul Razak's bid to introduce additional evidence in his RM42 million SRC International corruption appeal.

This afternoon, the five-person Federal Court bench unanimously dismissed the former prime minister's appeal to adduce alleged fresh evidence such as the banking information of former Bank Negara governor Zeti Akhtar Aziz's family. 

PurpleKijang9104 : It's time Najib shall begin to serve his 12 year sentence in jail. Using his counsel to fool the courts merry-go-round to pay for the time till next GE. Could any ordinary layman be walking free after being convicted on criminal charges till the last court turned down his appeal?
