South Africa's naval exercise with Russia, China raises Western alarms

South Africa has launched a joint naval exercise with Russia and China. Government says this is a routine exercise. But it has fueled domestic criticism and fears the drills will endanger important relations with Western partners. Timothy Walker, is the Maritime Project Leader and Senior Researcher at the Institute for Security Studies.

Who asks questions when the US invades other countries? Who stops trading with them or questions them? All these people who are "worried" and "concerned" about these exercises and relationship with Russia and China are people of European descent and those who are pro West, not surprising.

One thing we as Africans should not ever ever forget who were our enemies and friends throughout history and history has taught us over and over again that the West and European countries and people were never for us as Africans and it won't change up until we become strong and stand up on our own feet and be forced to be respected other wise the West and Europe has not been for us Africans.

The only true friend for us is has been Russia i.e. Communist Soviet Union when all Western countries were supporting the Apartheid government in oppressing the African people.
