I’m sure these Palestinians/Hamas are writing to the universities in Bahasa Melayu whereas the second-class Malaysians are all writing in Mandarin, Tamil and Sanskrit… so, their applications are automatically rejected! FMT - PETALING JAYA: Universiti Tenaga Nasional (Uniten) will sponsor the tuition fees for new Palestinian students who register for the 2023/2024 term. In a statement, Uniten said the initiative, which covers the full tuition fees across all programmes, is a “sign of solidarity” with the Palestinians.
Uniten vice-chancellor Noor Azuan Abu Osman said the university is aligned with the government’s stance on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. He said extending aid to Palestinians pursuing their tertiary education in Malaysia could help them contribute to the liberation of Palestine.
