The aim of this legal peaceful gathering is to show the Govt the veterans total dissatisfaction of NOT addressing the pension issue which the court has decided in favour of the veterans @ directing the MAF council to do the needful as per the Fed Constitution in relation to management of the MAF (an independent service).
Yes, it's up to the authorities to act on the legal peaceful assembly. Should that happen the leader & organiser of the peaceful assembly will be taken to task as the authorities deem fit.
PSPRM lawyer Mr Hannif Khatari is fully aware & in support of the peaceful assembly during the 9th May Court Mgt hearing. Major Mior Rosli (as the leader & organiser) is aware that he can be illegally arrested & is prepared for that @ his personal sacrifice for veterans.
