In recent weeks, ugly anti-Israel protests have played out on campuses around the world, leaving Jewish students feeling threatened and scared. Questions have been raised about how these encampments are being financially supported. "There have been paid agitators at campuses and rallies around the world for many years.
“It pays for coaches to bring the people, it pays for food, maybe some booze. It pays the expenses to organise these things."But in this particular scenario, we're seeing organisations really organise and mobilise people around these encampments. They're encouraging people, they're paying individuals," Dr Casey Babb from The Institute for National Security Studies told Sky News. Geopolitics and financial commentator Dr Roger Gewolb also weighed in on how money from non-for-profit organisations is partly being spent on organising rallies.
