This verse calls all believersānot just Muslimsāto uphold justice, even when itās inconvenient, uncomfortable, or goes against powerful interests.
It also protects the rights of non-Muslims, minority communities, and religious institutions from being wronged.

Will we stay silent while a 132-year-old temple in Jalan Masjid India is quietly wiped out?
*What Happened* ?
The temple, which has stood for 132 years, is now under threat.
The land was recently sold to Jakel Sdn. Bhd., with DBKLās approval, without informing the temple committee.
No warning. No consultation. No justice.
This is not just unethicalāit may be illegal.
*What the Law Says:*
1ļøā£ National Land Code 1965 ā Section 341(2)
If someone has been occupying land peacefully and openly for more than 12 years, and no one challenges them, the legal owner loses the right to claim it back.

2ļøā£ No One Was Dispossessed (Legal principle from LRA 2002, UK)
Dispossession means someone was pushed off the land.
Here, the temple didnāt take the land from anyone. The ānew ownersā came after the temple had long established itself.
3ļøā£ Duty of Authorities ā DBKLās Role
DBKL had a moral and legal responsibility to notify the temple occupants.
They failed. Worseāthey approved the registration quietly, despite knowing the temple was there.

Itās about whether anyoneās sacred place, heritage site, or long-standing community can be taken away with no due process.
