Veterans used and now dumped when they are safe - Using Rough Men To Protect The Walls Of This Nation - Whist Politicians Stick Rusted Blades in Their Backs

Today we face a nation which is on the brink of betraying the very souls that stood by it, through thick and thin.

You see the Deputy Defence Minister shamelessly belittling the sacrifices of veterans by:

1. Referring to below poverty line.

2. Handouts

3. Shall accept court verdict, but they appealed against high court decision!

4. Bluffing away comfortably.

Loyal, unbiased and with every sweat we served without question. Till today many are hurt, maimed, disillusioned at the unfairness of not receiving their rightful pensions. 

The politicians of today are not being honest, as always. They say something but do another. WE HAVE BEEN LEFT BEHIND! We were trained to not leave anyone behind. It's shameful that many of our own remain silent. 

It's a national disgrace to see a nation insulting its heroes, after they have given so much. I pray we shall witness true justice today, but I fear the invisible hand of deceiving people. TO GOD, KING AND COUNTRY I REMAIN
