The Democratic party is rapidly becoming the party of dictators and despots.Trump doesn't need Congress to 'approve' what he's doing - he's Commander in Chief. That's why he alone has the nuclear codes. If the US got struck by nukes, Trump wouldn't have time to get Congressional approval. He'd have to act alone.
