Malaysiakini : Pejuang chairperson Dr Mahathir Mohamad said he would still be prime minister today if not for PKR president Anwar Ibrahim. In an interview with Utusan Malaysia,
he explained after his resignation as prime minister on Feb 24, 2020,
the Yang di-Pertuan Agong had to determine which MP had the support of
the majority.
"If not because of Anwar, I would still be prime
minister. When I resigned, the Agong asked all 220 MPs to write down
their choice for prime minister. "I thought Pakatan Harapan would choose me because I was with Harapan. But Anwar said he had a lot of support.
Only goes to shows that this man has put himself first before the country. Some one should tell him that we are still reaping the wrath of his racist, incompetent, and corrupted policies. That is his legacy.

It's obvious that Mahathir is himself the most "tak lurus" person, so he should not accord dishonesty blames just squarely on Muhyiddin and Anwar respectively but himself included. Mahathir's personal political gambit (his dishonest game throughout while being PM under the HARAPAN ticket) failed, now he's just scapegoating others to maintain his "faultless persona" while being sunsetted forcefully by the rakyat.
It was Mahathir who rubbished the HARAPAN manifesto. It was Mahathir who elevated Azmin beyond his ability and integrity into the government to spike Anwar and HARAPAN. Mahathir attended the Malay Congress. It was Mahathir's 3rd national (and flying car) push that brought dejection to the rakyat. It was his internal and behind the scenes plotting against Anwar with Muhyiddin, he got himself played out by Muhyiddin who was supposed to be his sidekick in that gambit. It was Mahathir who would not commit to the handover of PM over to Anwar as agreed. It was Mahathir who resigned singlely without referring to the HARAPAN Coalition, his ticket there in the first place. One could go on and on - Tommy Thomas, Lim Guan Eng, Tony Pua, Yeoh Bee Yin, Lateefa Koya....... all almost never ending schemings by Mahathir alone himself.
No sir, your reading may be right about Anwar, but the truth is the rakyat as a whole also agreed that Anwar was right in not giving you an opportunity to be PM the third time around. Surely the majority of rakyat would never allowed themselves to be led up that non existence garden path.

Even a mad man can understand and the blind can also see that it was Mahathir who betrayed and destroyed PH during the 2 years of PH rule after G14 for Mahathir's sole personal selfish agenda of discarding the PH then Big Tent agreement of having Mahathir as PM for 2 years then Anwar will take over. And Mahathir's main reason for discarding the said PH Big Tent Agreement and destroying PH at the same time was all for the purpose of preventing or stopping Anwar from becoming PM. If PH still wants to associate itself with Mahathir and his gang in G15, that would be putting the final nail on PH's coffin. All those involved in the Sheraton coup which finally broke up and brought the PH govt down were Mahathir's trojan horses in PKR and PH. They are the same gang with Mahathir who participated in the Malay Dignity Congress during which Mahathir delivered his extremely racist Amanat which laid out the foundation for the formation of a PN govt led by Mahathir's own party then, Bersatu. Mahathir's sudden resignation as PM without consulting the then PH Big Tent parties when his 2 years PMship was about to end was clearly part of Mahathir and gang long n systematic strategy to stop Anwar taking over the PM job as agreed. If PH and Malaysians can still be fooled by Mahathir, it would just show how stupid totally absent minded Malaysians had become. Just watch from now on Mahathir will be blurting his political venoms more and more against particularly Anwar Ibrahim esp now that we are on the road to G15. Mahathir will try to entice PH but excluding Anwar and PKR to split up PH. A few leaders in PH are still loyal to Mahathir bcos he made them ministers during his 2 years PH PMship. And surely he had offered new deals to these PH leaders individually thats why they and Mahathir are still promoting the Big Tent idea kononya to prevent split opposition votes and giving easy victory to BN. But what is the different btween joining Mahathir and gang under Big Tent to win G15 only to be betrayed again by him as he did after PH won G14 and BN winning G15? For PH, the voters will forever curse and will never forgive PH for fooling, cheating and betraying them again and again vis-avis Mahathir! PH should keep its integrity intact, stick to its principles and struggle for reform and good governance. What is certain is that more and more Malaysians are bcoming aware and discerning abt the deceit of Mahathir. In any case, time is still on PH side but not for Mahathir.
This old evil traitor resigned as PM on his own because he thought he can double cross PH to become the PM of a Malay supremacist PN. He didn't count on being betrayed by his own party, he got what he deserved. If not for Mahathir's treachery, Anwar would be our PM and we'll still be under PH, a legitimate govt that has the people's mandate. Instead, we ended up with a backdoor illegitimate PN govt that is corrupted, extremist, incompetent, useless and oppressing the people to enrich themselves. The people of Malaysia will never forgive Mahathir for betraying us and our country. We want to see him and his traitor Pejuang go down and become extinct.
