Nor are they interested in video proof, claiming that Anwar Ibrahim’s former aide had taken dark money to stash in Africa. Those two examples probably sum up why we need “real reform” rather than the stale version called “refor-basi”.

I was a supporter of Anwar and PKR, believing they would bring real change. I went to their ceramahs despite the rainy weather. But after over three years in power, many, including myself, have become disillusioned with them.

Tajuddin Rasdi has again shamelessly asked what Rafizi can do for all Anwar cannot do after years in power with a strong PH .Lets give our support to this yellow movement where Rafizi is going to begin with only a small group of credible candidates , surely not enough to win the government yet but a continuation of our hopes. Lets put our disappointment with Harapan for some small but big wins with Bersama.

Kajang pigeon : Firstly, the reason they are trying so hard to make sure Rafizi cannot contend is obvious. There appears to be a whole shadow ecosystem the cabal, the corporate mafia, the professional tender whisperers all quietly running things from behind the curtain. 

If Rafizi comes in and starts opening cupboards, MACC, PDRM, political aides, cronies, consultants, and half the “special officers” in Putrajaya may suddenly need emergency blood pressure medication. Secondly, Anwar treated the non-Malay voters badly after using them to get into power. 

He assumed their votes were safely locked in because the other side of the fence had PAS and no sane urban voter wants to wake up in a country where the moral police decide your entertainment schedule, sleeve length, and whether root beer needs a fatwa. 

So he thought he had them trapped. Then Rafizi appeared with a possible new front, and suddenly the voters who cannot stomach Anwar’s fake reform act have somewhere else to go. That is why everyone is sweating. DAP is feeling the heat too. For years, they presented themselves as brave fighters for justice. 

But once they finally got a seat at the ruling table, they slowly transformed into expensive furniture polished, silent, and placed neatly in the Madani living room. Anthony Loke and the gang seem content just being inside the house at last. The cookie jar is now within arm’s reach, and suddenly everyone has become very understanding, very practical, very “coalition-minded.” 

Side contracts? Relatives? Shell companies? Middlemen? As long as the packaging looks legal and someone remembers to use the right bumi letterhead, all is well. Notice how quiet things have become. No more thunder about Teoh Beng Hock. 

No more roaring about the missing pastor. No more heroic speeches about justice and accountability. Even Gobind, or should I say goblin who used to make noise whenever the spotlight was warm enough, now seems to have discovered the political benefits of volume control, riding on daddy’s coat tails has lost its plot . The public has basically given DAP an ultimatum: shape up or ship out. 

And they know it. They know they are at risk of becoming the next MCA or MIC parties that once had relevance, then became decorative political leftovers sitting in the ruling coalition like expired biscuits in a festive hamper. So yes, they are sweating. Not because PAS is coming. Not because UMNO is strong. But because voters may finally have a third option and once people stop voting out of fear, all the furniture in the room starts trembling.
