PM: Agong consents to dissolution of Parliament By Yasmin Ramlan

Malaysiakini : The Yang di-Pertuan Agong has consented to the dissolution of Parliament, paving the path for the 15th general election.

This was announced by outgoing prime minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob in a televised address at 3pm today. Once the Election Commission is notified of the dissolution of Parliament, it will fix an election date which must happen in 60 days.

Omar Iz : These fellows only think about themselves. Good to know that DS Ismail Sabri is no better than the court cluster that controls his party.

Bamboo : After tabling the goodies budget without passing it in parliament, to fish for votes, parliament is dissolved. Really underhanded dirty trick to win power.

apanama is back At last the Parliament is dissolved and Ismail Sabri lost his job as well. An accidental PM who had proven today that he is also a weak PM in our history. Ismail Sabri, you won't get back the job, dude!
