Malaysiakini : After being granted an audience with the Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Shah on Wednesday to seek His Royal Highness' consent to dissolve the State Legislative Assembly, Menteri Besar Saarani Mohamad has been summoned for another audience with Sultan Nazrin Shah today.
Read it all here.........Saarani said that he was summoned for an audience with the Sultan of Perak when met by the media after attending the Perak Islamic Education Excellence Award ceremony in Ipoh today.
“Not sure what the purpose (of the audience) is... we will have to wait until the palace makes an announcement,” said Saarani (above).
It is understood that today's audience took place around noon at Istana Kinta after the award ceremony attended by Saarani, according to a palace source.
