I'm glad during my schooling, during the history lessons Sandeep sir told us the truth about Gandhi. He quoted "If not for Gandhi we would have snatched freedom way earlier. And Gandhi was not a freedom fighter." Not only this but my social studies teacher Sandeep sir has also said the syllabus books are hiding true history.

In my childhood I wondered why my father hates Gandhi and Nehru clamining that they are the main reason for our flaws in country, but eventually I realised that's true. In my 10th class is the first I doubted Gandhi's intentions where in my social studies I read that Gandhi gathered army for WW1 to fight for British in India.

Why fighting for our country became peaceful when fighting for others who were damaging and performing Massacres in our country could be peaceful... Wakeup friends this should be era where the true freedom fighters who sacrificed their life's for nation need to be enlighten.

While millions sincerely fought for the freedom and lost their lives, one trickster walked away with all the credit. Very sad.
