Malaysiakini : The three states governed by PAS are expected to dissolve their respective legislative assemblies in late June to pave the way for the looming state polls, said party vice-president Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah.
Read it all here......The aforementioned states are Kedah, Kelantan and Terengganu. The three other states under Pakatan Harapan – Penang, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan – which are due to hold their state elections this year, had also agreed to dissolve their legislative assemblies in June, Amar added.
He was reported by New Straits Times as saying that Kelantan had already decided to dissolve the state assembly at the end of June. “And I was told the date for the dissolution for the five states will take place in stages but all will take place in June," he was quoted as saying by the English daily today.
Amar was speaking to reporters today after attending an Aidilfitri open house hosted by Kelantan Menteri Besar Ahmad Yakob in Kampung Alor Pasir, Wakaf Bharu. Elaborating on the matter, the Kelantan deputy menteri besar said that the elections would take place in July, if all six states dissolved their state assemblies.
AnotherKomentar : Why should Penang, Selangor and NS be told by a deputy MB of Kelantan? The arrogance is sickening!
BrownDove7179 : This time around, pls make sure you kick out PAS do that the poor rakyat csn have better life.
VioletHare9377 : Hope people in these states will not support PAS, clearly they should know by now what type of leader Hadi is and if they wish for better governance, they should know what is the right choice for their future.
