COMMENT | When extremists talk of the destruction or relocation of “illegal temples”, what they are really doing is sanctioning the destruction of historical sites.

The older the temple, the greater the victory, because of the religious, historical, and cultural significance of these temples, which existed before contemporary municipal law and, in some cases, colonial law.

This demonstrates the superiority of the state religion. Terming these temples as “illegal” gives extremists and the state the fig leaf of legal cover and enables the victimhood mentality, which is the foundation of identity politics.

BluePanther4725 : Zamri Vinoth, Ridhuan Tee and Akmal are the hatemongers and troublemakers of Malaysia. They are traitors to their religion, race and country. 

They belong in jail but the government protects them and let them hide their wrongdoings in the name of race and religion.

RedWolf4463 : There is something about Indian and Chinese religious turncoats like Zamri and Riduan Tee being used by their adopted religious mind controllers to spew out religious hatred speeches against their former religions. 

Their actions are contrary to what their new religion is supposed to teach them - a religion of peace. The converts are recruited to do their duy work. This insulates the their religious controllers from direct criticism by their targets. 

It is also public knowledge that some conversions are due to monetary incentives while others are for protection against prosecution by the authorities.

Kawak : YB Rafizi is absolutely right. PMX only talk but there is no concrete follow up to take action. This has eroded public confidence in his sincerity and capability to carry out reforms or nip any sensitive issues in the bud. 

In this case, the general public perception is that this muslim convert Indian, Zambri Vinod, will get away scott free just like Zakir Naik just because both are from the same religion.

MS : Here's a question for the obtuse: Name the one religion which revels in the destruction of others and encourages its ignorant followers to be obnoxious and belligerent as the way to paradise?
