A crimeof Criminal Breach of Trust (CBT*) (Pecah Amanah Jenayah) was committed but no-one has been held accountable.The judge, Roz Mawar Rozain, said that it was "not fair" to have the DNAA looming over Hasanah for over a year, because justice was 'not served that way'. Oh dear...kesian nya..."not fair".... How about rakyat... isn't it Not fair' that their money was taken from them. Acquiited is not punishment!
